PRE-UPLOAD CHECKLIST

Basic mechanical requirements

QuarkXPress ( or Adobe InDesign CS1 ) files should be Macintosh, and include all graphics and fonts

Adobe Illustrator ( CS1 ) - EPS files with fonts converted to outlines or include fonts

Adobe Photoshop ( CS1 ) - EPS, JPG, PDF, TIF - no PSD files unless requested

Scans and artwork should be at 300 dpi at 100%

Is your file the right type?

only these file types can be uploaded:

.ai .doc .eps .jpg .jpeg .sea

.psd .pdf .sit .tiff .tif .txt .zip

Do you have multiple files?

This system uploads one file at a time. To save yourself time with multiple files, you should Stuff (.sit) or Zip (.zip) them into a single file.

Is your file too large?

Due to system restrictions, we can only upload files which are less than 100 MB in size.

	Enter a message if you would like one sent concerning the file you are uploading (special instructions, etc.).
	When you're ready, press SEND Your file is automatically sent to our servers, and an email notification is sent to us, including the name of the file and whatever you have entered for your company name and your message.
